About Me
Welcome and thank you for being here!
I’m a New York City-based licensed psychologist passionate about supporting the overall health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I provide therapy for youth and their parents. I also offer consultation, training, and clinical supervision to support the professionals and systems that care for them. My goal is to bring a warm and compassionate presence that allows people to feel seen, understood, and empowered.
My work is grounded in a belief that meaningful support begins with truly understanding people—their experiences, identities, and the communities they are part of. My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to the unique needs of each person or organization. I strive to create a space that is supportive, intentional, and impactful. I integrate evidence-based practice with creativity, cultural awareness, and genuine connection.
I am also an Assistant Director of the Montefiore School Health Program, where my work focuses on expanding access to care for youth and families.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, dancing, being in nature, and practicing yoga.
I invite you to explore my services to learn more about how we might work together.
